Blingy Ding Ding

Saw these fabulous and fun cocktail rings at a press preview for style items that will be in stores at Walmart in the next couple of weeks, and I thought these were fun to add a dash of style to a Little Black Dress. Under $10 each, snap up a couple for holiday stocking stuffers.

Head to a Park!

If you're in New York, October is one of the most beautiful times of the year to be here. For a cheap and soul satisfying thrill, head to Central Park. Here you'll find the leaves are half way to their peak fall colors, and the sun on your face is warm and balmy.

Walk through fallen leaves and feel them crunching under your shoes, have a picnic at Bethesda Fountain while listening to a Jazz saxaphone musician and get that feeling that you are far away from the city tucked in amongst the trees.  All for the cost of a subway ride $4.50...BLISS!  And almost priceless.
